Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove MARKIT's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts and delete your data at any time. Choose the option that fits.

Option 1: Disconnect Facebook & Instagram in MARKIT (instant)

• Sign in to MARKIT and open Workspace Settings on the dashboard.
• Under Facebook & Instagram, click Disconnect, then Yes.
• This immediately deletes the stored Page access tokens, Page names and IDs, and linked Instagram account details. Scheduled auto-posts switch back to manual.

Option 2: Remove MARKIT from your Facebook account

• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (sometimes listed as Apps and websites).
• Find MARKIT, select it and click Remove.
• This stops MARKIT from accessing your Facebook Pages and Instagram account. To also delete the details we stored, use Option 1 or Option 3.

Option 3: Delete your whole MARKIT account and data

• Email support@eztotalsolutionsusa.com from the email address on your MARKIT account with the subject "MARKIT data deletion request".
• We may ask you to confirm the request so no one else can delete your account.
• Within 30 days we delete your account, business details, connected-account tokens, posts and calendar, MARKITEER history, field photos and leads, and cancel any active subscription.
• We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records, and remove them when no longer required.
• We will email you when the deletion is complete.
